Welcome to my studio!
You might have heard me talk about working on my workspace for the past 6 months…well, this is the result!
I converted this old dirty attic into my art sanctuary. Lots of hours, materials and pain went into this.
But it's worth every step of the way!
My desk is of course la pièce de resistance, it is constructed from old massive doors(which were present in this attic) and a new thick board on top(it weighs a ton). It has 3 sides: for desk work, digital art and one for traditional art.
And the best thing is, my chair can swivel from one side to another
Most of the things you see are either from recycled materials (like by book rack! my cupboard, the carpet sewn together from scraps) to even found materials (my tree trunk!) and some thrift store awesomeness
This is actually a part of a larger art project, aka this entire house! which will eventually all look like this. It's me and my dad's art biggest project
My dad was a major help in this, without him this wouldn't exist. I did everything possible myself but he was vital for the isolation, electricity, and technical things!
And of course I credit my awesome friend photographer
He's a real sweetheart for making this photo come true
Last thing, can I just say how proud I am of those timbers and THAT FLOOR, they costed me months of work but they are so worth it
You can visit my studio if you live in Belgium! more info on that you can find here www.everbloomingforest.com/eve…
That cosplay in the corner is my Journey cosplay! here's a photo of me wearing it: theartofmuffin.deviantart.com/…
